My whole life has been a search for meaning. Why do people this or that? Why does one person react this way while another one does it quite differently? Why are some people happy and content with their lives while others are completely unhappy?

I grew up in Grimma, a beautiful town in Saxony, East Germany. After graduation from High School did I work as a nurse for 5 years mainly on a cancer ward.
I watched many people die and noticed a change in their attitude as they came closer to and started accepting their death. People started shedding all the masks and superficialities of everyday living and the most profound and inescapable questions do arise: Why am I here? What happens when I die? How should I live?

To know more about life and death as well as helping people to live healthier, happier and with more fulfilments was what interested me. Therefore was I attending medical school at the Universität Leipzig and started a residency program at the Clinic for Anaesthesiology of the Martin Luther Universität Halle-Wittenberg. At this time did I see many people who died suddenly and often at a young age. So again was I confronted with the most profound question. What is the meaning of this life? What makes life worth living?

In order to work with people more on a long term basis I switched over to a residency program in Family Practice in Suhl. At first I was working at the "Poliklinik Suhl". After the Berlin Wall came down I established my own Family Practice office and treated people from all walks of life from tiny babies to elderly. I shared their sorrows and joys, and I noticed many people, not having much but being completely contend with their life whereas people, having more than they really need to live on, were very troubled and worried. Why are some people happy and content with their lives while others are completely unhappy? To realize that happiness having neither to do with the accumulation of material things nor with any insurance or seemingly security in this world is not something which happened just to me I guess. Many rich people do feel terribly unhappy. Why is that? Aren't they supposed to be happy? It seems there must be something else what gives us fulfilment in life. Outer riches and wealth cannot provide that. Happiness can only come from within for as inside so outside.

The tasks I had to fulfil as a licensed medical doctor did not go along well with my inner knowing and feelings so I closed the office and went to the United States of America. The business which was supposed to support me and my family did not even start. With the bridges burned I decided to work as a medical doctor again in order to make a living and that required taking the Medical board in that country. During that time and after having past all those tests I did work in different environments with people of all walks of life. And again the question came up: What makes this life worth living? I guess it is the opportunity to experience all and learn from it. No circumstances to blame, no government or other people. Each and every one of us is responsible for his/her life. We create our hell or heaven. Which one it will be is not depending on circumstances, people, places, or things but on our view about it. We attract what we are fascinated with. Are we fascinated with love, beauty, abundance than our life will reflect that. Unfortunately many people are fascinated with lack, violence, poverty, destruction and other so called bad things.

Be fascinated with what you do want - place your actions on what you do want - and you'll get more of it. It is that easy.

God is all love and compassion and we are living this life on earth in order to enjoy and live in harmony with nature and all beings. In order to live this life in a 3rd dimensional reality human beings do have a ground crew which includes a physical body, an emotional body, a mental body, and a spiritual body. Taking good care of this ground includes listen to and value the messages which do come through each of it in different ways. Once we understand the potential we already have in place within, we will have the most important decision to make whether to use it constructively or otherwise. That most certainly involves quite some effort and responsibility as well as courage.

To access the great storehouse of inner knowing and using it will be for everyone's benefit. Knowledge is power and helps to change and improve our lives. One tool for accessing this powerful knowledge base of information within is hypnosis.

I became a certified Master Hypnotherapist at the American Academy of Hypnosis in Las Vegas, Nevada, and studied otherwise everything I could lay hands on about hypnosis and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and can now assist people getting in touch with their inner knowing and use the wisdom and insights, which lie more or less dormant in each and every one of us. Assisting people in accessing this huge storehouse of knowledge and power within so they can use their mind, body, emotions, and spirit constructively and effectively is what I do.

After leaving Germany and having spent five years in the USA and over one year in Kazakhstan I finally came to Sweden. Here do I practice hypnosis in German English and Swedish and the garden is actually part of the office.

So - Easy Does It.
